SAP Payroll

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll solutions based on business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and payroll-related activities.
• Customize payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules).
• Handle payroll execution, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory payroll requirements.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Support payroll integration with Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
• Provide production support and resolve payroll issues within SLA timelines.
