SAP SD

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Configure sales documents, delivery processes, billing, pricing, and credit management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize sales and distribution processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements.
• Support integrations with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM modules.
• Conduct testing, UAT, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Resolve production support issues and provide continuous process improvements.
• Participate in implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
