SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation Consultant.

1.  Candidate must have at least 1 End to end implementation experience and 2- 3 Support Projects as a Leading consultant in PMGM / Compensation Module

2.  Certified Performance Management Goal Management, SP, CDP

3.  Configure SuccessFactors Compensation Merit , LTI ,  Variable Pay Plan Templates, statements

4.  Configure budgets, eligibilities, guidelines in Compensation Plans

5.  Configure Planners\Route Maps

6.  Configure Custom Field calculation\formula.

7.   Configure Goal Plan and Performance Form Templates

8.  Worked on Continuous Performance Management and Reporting, Goal Imports

9.  Configured Rating Scales

10. Configure Calibration, Form Templates and worked on 360 Degree Reviews.

Good-to-Have:

1.Knowledge in intelligent Services

2.Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage

3.Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
