Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, hands-on experience in CSM modules, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Customer Service organizations (3+ years’ experience preferred)
• Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows
• Maintain JavaScript server/client-side code
• Create and manage reports, gauges, and homepages
• Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) data and workflows
• Create new service catalog requests and items with variables
• Build, monitor, modify, and publish workflows with approvals
• Search, populate, and customize CSM knowledge bases
• Create and manage access control rules
• Work with ServiceNow applications and understand inter-relationships
• Implement and configure ServiceNow processes and modules
• Work with service management and related tools
• Understand web applications, networks, protocols, and email systems (SMTP, POP3)
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM and ERP systems
• Execute Web Services integrations

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow CSM Fundamentals Certification
