Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and support IMS Core platforms.
• Execute software upgrades, migrations, and feature activations.
• Perform implementation, rollback, and post-validation activities.
• Support cloud-native deployments using Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues.
• Conduct interoperability testing and operational readiness checks.
• Coordinate with architecture, testing, operations, and vendor teams.
