Role: Solution Lead- IT Infrastructure Services
Experience-8-18 years
Location: PAN India
Skills Needed:
- Ability to understand Customer requirements and clearly articulate technical options to Bid / Solution teams
- Understanding of IT infrastructure Services / Outsourcing and Solid background in key Infrastructure components (Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Datacenter, Compute, Storage, Network, Database, ITSM, Tools etc.)
- Have ability to work with multi-functional teams and individuals at various levels
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree educated
- 9+ Years IT Infrastructure experience with least 3 years working experience at any capacity in Solution responses
