We are seeking an experienced SRF Lead with strong expertise in Telecom NOC Operations, Service Restoration, Incident Management, and Network Performance Monitoring across wireless and transport network environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead service restoration and fault management activities.
• Drive incident resolution and ensure service availability.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor network performance, alarms, and service KPIs.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and operational standards.
• Support automation and AIOps initiatives for operational efficiency.
