Sterling OMS developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support IBM Sterling OMS applications.
• Configure and implement order capture, order fulfillment, inventory management, and sourcing solutions.
• Develop custom services, APIs, user exits, agents, and transaction workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP services and Sterling APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Participate in system design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Support order lifecycle management including order promising, shipment, returns, and inventory visibility.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver OMS solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
