Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle databases.
• Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and High Availability environments.
• Perform database patching, upgrades, migrations, and refresh activities.
• Monitor database health, capacity, and performance using OEM/AWR/ASH.
• Perform backup, restore, cloning, and disaster recovery activities using RMAN.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, blocking sessions, deadlocks, and database failures.
• Execute database security, auditing, and compliance activities.
• Support 24x7 production environments and participate in on-call rotations.
• Automate routine DBA activities through Shell scripting.

Required Experience

• 6 to 10 years of Oracle DBA administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c.
• Strong expertise in RAC, ASM, Data Gu ard, RMAN, and OEM.
• Experience in Oracle patching, upgrades, and migrations.
• Experience handling production databases in high-availability environments.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux administration and scripting.
