Required Skill Set:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Payment Investigation.
- Experience in managing a team of 30-40 FTEs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to handling multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
