2. Description of Role

Main Purpose of role :



This role supports the HR Operations team of our client. The role requires the incumbent to work from and hire Blue Collar candidates, Plant at Location Name 

Domain Skills

 Understanding of Blue-Collar Hiring market

 Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes like, Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordinating across stakeholders, etc.

 Rigour in Managing open positions 

 Willingness to travel to ITI institute to create eligible pool and hiring

 Analytical skills

 Good communication to manage discussions with Candidates and Hiring manager

 Experience of hiring NAPS / NATS & Temp workforce is an added advantage.

3. Knowledge, skills and experience

Technical experience required

(e.g. – MS Excel, MS Word, System Knowledge to basic / intermediate / expert level) Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, SAP

Any other desirable skills/experience relevant to role Experience of handling a wide range of diverse, sensitive activities within a customer facing environment.
