Required Technical Skills - Optical Transport Networks, FlexILS, DWDM, Coherent Optics, C++ , Multithreading 

Responsibilities and Expectations 

• Program and Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of hardware and software development cycles while managing quality, budgets, and delivery schedules. • Risk and Technical Evaluation: Identify engineering bottlenecks, mitigate technical risks, and conduct design reviews. 

• Team Mentorship: Guide, coach, and scale engineering teams across global and cross-functional sites. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, pre-silicon and post-silicon development, testing, and customer support teams
