Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Conducting prior art searches on paid and free Databases 
  • Collaborating with teams to assess IP risk and opportunities associated with products and technologies 
  • Conducting Freedom to Operate for products and platforms 
  • Preparing First Examination Report responses 
  • Creating an initial understanding of Invention, collaborating with inventors for Information disclosure Form drafting 
  • Reviewing and drafting Agreement, Contract and other Legal Document 
  • Reviewing privacy data related documents
