Rewards Service Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of compensation and rewards operations, including
compensation data administration, annual and off-cycle review support, salary changes, promotion and market adjustment
processing, incentive administration support and recognition program operations.
• Annual Compensation Cycle Management: Plan and govern operational activities for merit, bonus and other compensation
cycles, including calendars, eligibility validation, data preparation, system readiness, manager support, exception handling,
approvals, quality checks and downstream handoffs.
• Compensation Data and Job Governance: Oversee job, grade, salary range and compensation-related employee data
maintenance; ensure accuracy, effective dating, approvals, reconciliations and alignment with HR, payroll and finance
dependencies.
• SLA, KPI and Quality Management: Deliver agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality and productivity targets; establish capacity plans,
workload balancing, maker-checker controls, root-cause analysis and corrective or preventive actions.
• Transition and Stabilization: Partner with transition, solution, technology and client teams to validate scope, policies,
calendars, process variants, systems, data, approval matrices, SOPs, controls and readiness for go-live.
• People Leadership: Lead, coach and develop rewards managers, team leads, compensation analysts and administrators;
establish role clarity, skill matrices, cross-training, succession plans and a culture of confidentiality, accuracy and ownership.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary rewards operations contact for Compensation COE, HR, HR
business partners, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, Legal, Tax and third-party providers; manage governance, escalations,
dependencies and action closure.
• Risk, Compliance and Controls: Maintain confidentiality of compensation information, role-based access, segregation of
duties, approval evidence, audit trails, records retention and adherence to client policies and applicable requirements.
• Reporting, Insights and Transformation: Provide reporting on volumes, cycle progress, exceptions, turnaround, quality and
service performance. Drive standardization, automation, self-service, knowledge management, analytics and continuous
improvement.
