Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator with 4-6 years of experience in managing Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, and Microsoft infrastructure technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, O365 administration, monitoring tools, and endpoint management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage and support VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Develop and automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD).
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using SCOM (System Center Operations Manager).
• Manage software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, and endpoint compliance using SCCM/MECM.
• Perform user account management, access control, and security administration.
• Troubleshoot server, network, and application-related issues.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
• Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experience with SCOM for infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM for endpoint and patch management.
• Understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure Administration and Azure AD.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server/Azure Administrator certifications.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft/VMware certifications are preferred.
