Key Responsibilities
Workday Adaptive Planning Development
- Design, configure and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models.
- Develop budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning solutions.
- Configure sheets, dimensions, assumptions, versions and planning workflows.
- Build workforce planning solutions supporting headcount, recruitment, attrition and organisational planning.
- Develop driver-based planning models that improve forecasting accuracy.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles.
Reporting & Analytics
- Design and maintain Adaptive dashboards, reports and scorecards.
- Develop executive and operational reporting solutions.
- Support variance analysis and financial performance monitoring.
- Create self-service reporting capabilities for Finance and business stakeholders.
- Enhance planning insights through integration with enterprise analytics platforms.
Integration Engineering
- Design and support integrations between:
- Workday HCM
- Workday Financials
- ServiceNow
- Finance and HR systems
- Develop automated data exchanges using:
- Workday Integration Cloud
- REST APIs
- EIB
- Workday Studio
- Ensure planning data remains accurate, timely and auditable.
Platform Support & Optimisation
- Support production planning environments.
- Perform root cause analysis of planning and integration issues.
- Manage platform releases, updates and regression testing.
- Monitor system performance and data quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with:
- Finance teams
- FP&A teams
- Workforce Planning teams
- HR teams
- Business Management functions
- Technology delivery teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations.
