The intern will support the Marketing team by assisting with events, marketing campaigns and operational activities across the area. We are looking for someone organized, proactive and able to manage multiple demands in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Hybrid work model - at least twice a week in the office, with availability to support in-person events primarily in São Paulo - SP.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the execution of internal and external events, sponsorships and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide operational support for the marketing team activities.
  • Interact with different internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and corporate teams.
  • Support the execution and follow-up of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Organize and track internal processes, including ticket creation and follow-ups, administrative controls and operational activities.
  • Interface with teams such as Finance, Legal and external vendors regarding contracts, payments and internal processes.
  • Support the logistics and organization of brand assets, materials, shipments and event-related activities.
  • Assist with lead hygiene, project trackers, pipeline reports and overall activity management.
  • Research industry events, trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Support communication with clients, partners and stakeholders.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Advanced English skills; Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, Google slides.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and productivity platforms like Claude, Gemini, Trello.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable handling operational activities and process-oriented work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.

  • Interest in technology, innovation and B2B marketing.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
