Construction Lead, Aviation

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects within the aviation sector. The role requires strong leadership in managing construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards across complex builds. Key Responsibilities Construction oversight : Lead site execution, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Schedule management : Develop and monitor construction schedules, proactively addressing delays. Stakeholder coordination : Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives. Quality assurance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Risk management : Identify and mitigate construction-related risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management of large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven track record in aviation or transport-related projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
