About the job
As Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager, you will be a critical engine driver of our global marketing organization. In this role, you will turn strategic vision into operational reality—managing the infrastructure, processes, and data-driven insights that allow our marketing team to scale predictably and efficiently.
This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of analytical execution and sharp project management skills. You will help manage the day-to-day rhythm of the business, translating complex data into actionable insights while maintaining a high bar for operational rigor.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Strategy & Planning: Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and scalable operational frameworks
- Data-Driven Insights: Deep-dive into complex marketing performance data. Surface trends, identify bottlenecks, and package these findings into clear, actionable reports that support leadership in crafting the overarching performance narrative.
- Analyze the Funnel: Diagnose opportunities to improve the marketing funnel and pipeline creation. Maintain and optimize our marketing measurement foundation. Track and analyze account-to-opportunity mapping, pipeline attribution models, and funnel velocity metrics to provide clarity on GTM performance.
- Operational PMO: Lead day-to-day Marketing project management. Track the execution of critical cross-functional initiatives, translating high-level corporate goals into actionable project roadmaps with measurable results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic communication bridge between Marketing & GTM.
