Role Summary

What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking an L2 Core Infrastructure Engineer to support a hybrid enterprise environment consisting of On-Prem Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.

The role is part of a 24×7 operations team, responsible for L2 support, incident resolution, and ensuring availability of core infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

You will be successful in this role if you have:

2–4 years in Enterprise IT Infrastructure Operations
