Senior Data Analyst - Integrated Marketing

The client is the world's largest travel guidance platform*, helps hundreds of millions of people each month** become better travelers, from planning to booking to taking a trip. With more than 1 billion reviews and opinions of nearly 8 million businesses, travelers turn to them to find deals on accommodations, book experiences, reserve tables at delicious restaurants and discover great places nearby. As a travel guidance company available in 43 markets and 22 languages, This client makes planning easy no matter the trip type.

What You'll Do:

• Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to extract insights from large datasets and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, search, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with Marketers to define metrics and measurement strategies for campaigns. Build dashboards to communicate both strategic and tactical impact.
• Recommend the best course of action by performing deep analysis of user behavior, and performance of cross-channel campaigns. Develop a story based on learnings and present it to cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Data Science to drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
• Support AB testing and experimentation by identifying test cases, developing hypotheses, and analyzing results.
  
  

What We Seek:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for marketing within a data-driven company.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and Tableau (or similar business intelligence tools) is essential.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and metrics, including keyword bidding, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to statistical methods is desirable.

• Shift timings - 11AM IST to 7PM IST
• Name of the Payroll running company – Kaam Work. The offer letter will mention Client Name. All of the employee management (growth, compensation, work planning etc) will be done by TA. EOR model. Not contractors.
• The agreement will get signed with Kaam Work
• Will talents work on their own device or will you provide them your equipment KaamWork will provide Macbook to talents.
• Kaamwork is the on-the-ground HR partner managing services like talent sourcing, employment contracts, payroll, and compliance. Kaamwork serves as the Employer of Record while Client manages all work-related decisions and operations.
