Role Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Oracle Xstore expertise to play a techno-functional role in bridging business stakeholders and the Xstore development team. The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Xstore and its ecosystem (Xadmin, Xcenter, Xservices, Xenvironment, Xmobile, Tablet, etc.), ensuring successful delivery of localization, enhancements, and new initiatives in the Point-of-Sale (POS) domain.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Play the role of a Techno-Functional Consultant, bridging communication between business teams and the Xstore development team.
• Drive Xstore localization efforts to meet market-specific and legal compliance needs.
  Lead Proof of Concept (POC) development for new business requirements and innovations.
• Manage customization, enhancements, and development activities in the Xstore product suite.
