AI Architect (Agentic AI)

Role Summary We are looking for candidates with 12–15 years of overall experience, including around 2 years of hands-on AI experience. We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to define and lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives. This role will drive architecture decisions across Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms, AI-enabled SDLC, and enterprise AI governance. Key Responsibilities Own end to end solution and technical delivery of enterprise software using Agentic AI Harness Delegate to Agents, steer their outputs and deliver the quality that ships Guide AI Engineers, Technical Leads, and Product Teams in solution implementation. Drive customer workshops, solution discovery, and executive-level AI advisory engagements. Support bid responses, solution proposals, and AI transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment of AI solutions with security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Mandatory Technical Skills A Full stack Development experience ( React/Angular- .net/ java/ Python) Data-modeler/Architect level database skills in any standard SQL or NO-SQL database Experience in Git and end to end DevSecOps tool chain Experience in Playwright or equivalent Unit Test automation tool Experience in software engineering best practices and end to end SDLC Knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices Hands-on in Prompt Engineering Skills Experience with Generative AI and appropriate selections of Large Language Models (LLMs) Exposure to any AI assisted coding and testing platform (e.g. Github Copilot / Claude Code / Cursor / Loveable / Windsurf) Understanding of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems Understanding of the concepts of RAG systems, Vector Databases and Embeddings Experience in defining Cloud based enterprise software architecture (Azure/AWS) Understanding of AI Governance and Responsible AI Nice to Have Technical Skills Anthropic Claude AI Ecosystem Azure AI Foundry / AWS Bedrock Enterprise Data Platforms AI Workflow Orchestration Frameworks Familiarity with the concepts of Context Engineering and Loop engineering Non-Negotiable Soft Skills Excellent communication and articulation skills Proactive and high level of ownership Active listening and stakeholder management Strong business analysis capability Structured problem-solving A Big picture Design thinking mindset Strong Commercial Acumen Ability to decide the right solution pattern for the problem including when not to use AI Fixed price, token-costs, scope and change control Customer facing Runs towards the hard problems.
