We are looking for a Field Event Marketing Manager to help us build and own Webflow's field marketing presence across EMEA.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of building Webflow's field marketing motion in EMEA. You'll work closely with senior EMEA marketing leadership to translate strategy into action, owning execution across a range of formats and markets. You will be supported by our HQ events team and a London-based cross-functional sales and marketing team.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals. As a Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, you'll...
- Support the planning and own the execution of Webflow's EMEA field marketing programs, including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events, while contributing to select global programs and initiatives
- Manage all aspects of event delivery, from venue sourcing, logistics, and vendor management through to content coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
- Drive audience generation for field programs, working with sales and marketing to identify, target, and convert the right attendees from priority accounts
- Support EMEA account plans in close partnership with the EMEA sales team, ensuring field programs are directly mapped to pipeline goals and top-account engagement
- Build and manage relationships with marketing agencies and our partners, coordinating co-marketing programs and partner events that extend Webflow's reach across key EMEA markets
- Manage program budgets end-to-end, tracking spend and consistently delivering programs on or under budget without sacrificing quality
- Track, measure, and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement, feeding insights back to help sharpen the regional strategy
- Contribute to the global field marketing playbook by bringing EMEA learnings, market nuance, and regional best practices back to the broader team
