We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own how people extend Webflow with code, whether they're developers writing it themselves or the AI agents increasingly writing it alongside them. Our Code team builds the surfaces that bring code-based primitives into Webflow and keep them in sync with the rest of the platform.

This is where Webflow's visual canvas meets real code. It's one of the hardest and most interesting seams in the product, connecting a visual way of building to the code underneath it so that neither one holds the other back. You'll own that seam, deciding how far the two worlds reach into each other and making the connection feel native to developers and agents.

As a Senior Product Manager, Code, you’ll … 

• Build for developers and AI agents alike. You'll design surfaces that serve the developers who have always worked in code and the AI agents that increasingly write it, treating both as first-class users.
• Own the roadmap and delivery across the Code surfaces. You'll lead the products that let developers and agents extend Webflow with code, starting with code components, in close partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Define what "good" means for extensibility. You'll set the quality bar for developer-grade extensibility, including the hard problem of keeping a visual product and real code faithful to each other as each side changes.
• Make it all work as one. Several of these surfaces grew up separately. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other and build shared primitives once, rather than solving the same problem twice.
• Contribute heavily to strategy, then ship it. You'll help shape where the area goes and turn that into a roadmap you deliver against, working as a partner rather than waiting to be handed direction.
• Get into the code. This is a hands-on role. You'll prototype, read and reason about code, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp technical calls.
• Place durable bets in a shifting landscape. Developer tooling and AI-assisted coding are moving fast, and you'll make choices that hold up as the tools and the ecosystem evolve.
