Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Head, Analytics, MD&O

• Handling confidential data, providing inputs/guidance to C-suite on decisions that directly impact org strategy & profitability

• Something new every day: wide variety in nature of work requests involving both market & org data – tracking key business deliverables, analyzing market developments (e.g. impact of Disney-Reliance merger, NTO), establishing frameworks (digital IO inflation, prop media benchmarks), tracking media publisher revenue, analyzing viewership/audience trends, etc.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

• Understand the org structure, workflow between WPPM, portfolios and other BUs, your role and set KPIs in discussion with your manager
• Get familiar with reports produced by the team and your SOW
• Ensure that VLOOKUP's /classification/mapping are maintained properly (i.e. are accurate and updated regularly)

In six months:

• Review & supervise the team’s tasks & deliverables; ensure 100% data accuracy & 100% adherence to timelines on critical deliverables
• Understand how the different types of data maintained by Analytics finds application in company strategy; understand the inter-relations between data

In 12 months:

• Work independently on tasks, ad-hoc requests without manager’s support
