We're looking for a Project Manager (Solution Delivery) to help turn a growing pipeline of business demand into working solutions that deliver real impact.
This is a delivery leadership role focused on scale. Demand for AI-enabled solutions is growing rapidly across WPP, and you'll be responsible for taking opportunities from discovery through to deployment and adoption. You'll partner with business stakeholders, engineers and delivery partners to ensure solutions are well-defined, delivered effectively and embedded into day-to-day ways of working.
You won't be writing code yourself, but you will need the technical confidence to work closely with engineers, challenge assumptions, translate business needs into clear requirements and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.
What you'll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of team and workflow-level solutions from initiation through to deployment, adoption and handover.
- Lead multiple concurrent delivery workstreams, coordinating internal engineering teams and external delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, facilitate discovery sessions and translate requirements into clear, actionable solution designs.
- Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to deliver efficiently and with confidence.
- Maintain delivery roadmaps, backlogs, sprint plans and milestones, ensuring priorities remain aligned to business value.
