Role
We are looking for a GTM AI Manager, Sales Analytics to join our team. This is a Bangalore role, reporting to the Sr. Director, GTM Operations in the Sales BI & Analytics department. In this role, you will solve complex business problems using data to drive the growth of the organization across sales and related functions. You will leverage advanced analytics, Python, Snowflake, and cutting-edge Generative AI tools to transform raw data into actionable strategic insights.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions to positively impact business performance
- Drive Generative AI initiatives by utilizing generative AI tools and techniques to design, prototype, and implement solutions using large language models and existing AI tooling
- Utilize prompt engineering to craft, optimize, and test effective prompts for large language model tools to maximize outputs and insights for business applications
- Develop and optimize AI agents capable of assisting with decision-making such as in chatbots or enhancing operational efficiency within sales and related functions
- Evaluate options regarding appropriate modeling techniques or algorithms and present complex data in an uncomplicated, easy-to-understand way to drive action
