About the Role

Zscaler is looking for a Senior LMS Administrator to join our Training Operations team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our learning management ecosystems, directly managing and optimizing both Skilljar and Cornerstone

This isn’t just a maintenance role—you will actively own user access, course creation, content management, and complex system integrations, with a heavy emphasis on leveraging your deep Cornerstone implementation experience to build curriculums and events aligned with our rapid business growth.

Beyond core administration, you will serve as a technical anchor for our users—troubleshooting issues within team SLAs, building out robust operations documentation, and handling customer tickets.
