Role
We are looking for a Service Sales Manager (SSM) to join our team. This is a Remote role reporting to the Sr. Director in the Solution Consulting department. The Service Sales Manager is responsible for scoping and selling Zscaler Professional Services (PS) packages and developing our service business across Enterprise and Commercial sectors. You will partner with the license sales team to scope and position services that accelerate customer time-to-value, collaborating across delivery and customer success teams to ensure seamless transitions and aligned deployment outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage deep security expertise to drive requirements, produce proposals, and lead technical scoping that solves critical business challenges.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Articulate and sell the value of Professional Services within prospective and existing enterprise customer accounts
- Work in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Architects to define and integrate services solutions into comprehensive proposals
- Own Services bookings quota in the assigned territory while achieving target attach rates
- Execute technical scoping activities, producing proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and resource plans for complex solutions
- Lead training discovery and positioning with prospective customers to ensure appropriate training recommendations are included in proposals

- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
- 5+ years of experience selling Professional Services and/or Technology Solutions while meeting or exceeding bookings targets
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining positive relationships with key partners throughout the delivery p
