Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager in the Risk360 department. You will lead the design and implementation of our Risk360 product, bringing an AI-first approach to development. We are seeking an expert who can build and scale high-performance, reliable systems while leveraging agentic frameworks and cloud-based data platforms.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Lead the design and implementation of the Risk360 product using an AI-first development methodology
- Build and scale high-performance, reliable systems within cloud-based data environments
- Apply agent workflows to improve day-to-day software development productivity, including coding, testing, and debugging
- Design and operate LLM and agent-based systems focusing on tool use, planning, memory, and guardrails
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies within cloud-native environments to drive product innovation
