Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize analytical processes and methodologies.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
• Strong capability in data modeling and integration within cloud-based environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data transformations.
