The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while proactively identifying potential challenges before they impact business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Red Hat OS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting within Windows environments.
• Experience in managing system performance, security updates, and patch management.
• Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.
