As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within complex network environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of disruptions.
• Familiarity with network protocols, infrastructure components, and enterprise-level operations.
