As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
• Experience with managing virtual environments, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines.
• Strong understanding of virtualization concepts, storage management, and network configuration within virtualized infrastructures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual machine performance and availability.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal operation of virtualized systems.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
