Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components function seamlessly, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system operations.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
• Strong understanding of storage management and data protection strategies.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of storage systems.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for data integrity.
