The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall team efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network security incidents.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices.
• Skilled in monitoring tools and security information and event management systems.
