As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly addressing disruptions. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall service reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate incident resolution efforts to minimize business impact and ensure timely recovery.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of issues and resolutions.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and track incidents effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
