Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent disruptions and enhance service quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of system issues and resolutions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Network Security Implementation, Network Security Operations, Enterprise Network Operations.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security frameworks.
• Experience in monitoring and managing enterprise-level network environments.
• Ability to analyze complex system logs and network traffic to diagnose issues effectively.
• Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
• Skilled in implementing security measures to protect network integrity and data confidentiality.
