The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and contributes to continuous improvement efforts, all while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in documenting troubleshooting procedures and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
• Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance when needed.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TSM Backup Administration.
• Experience with backup and recovery processes and tools related to TSM Backup Administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve backup-related issues effectively.
• Ability to monitor and manage backup jobs to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Familiarity with system performance monitoring and incident management in backup environments.
