Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline incident management processes and improve response times.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and issue resolution.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of incident and problem management frameworks.
• Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health.

• Skilled in coordinating with diverse technical teams to implement solutions.
