The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of complex issues impacting business operations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in multi-tiered application environments.
• Ability to manage and automate cloud resources using scripting and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning in cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system problems efficiently.
