This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, investigation, and collaboration to maintain system stability and performance, supporting business continuity and operational efficiency throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
