• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
• Experience in managing virtualized environments and optimizing resource allocation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to virtualization infrastructure and performance issues.
• Knowledge of virtualization security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Ability to automate routine tasks using scripting or relevant tools to improve operational efficiency.
