Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities, along with documenting findings and solutions to support ongoing system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps, AWS or AZure (EKS, AKS, S3), Mircroservices (Java/Spring), IAC - Terraform, Scripts - Shell Scripts, YAML,CI/CD Harness or Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks related to cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues involving multiple integrated components.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to proactively detect and address system anomalies.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
