The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to security.
• Experience in monitoring and auditing security controls within enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze system vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes in IT operations.
