Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of project deliverables and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise to maintain project momentum and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
• Experience in application design, configuration, and deployment within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and API management in ServiceNow platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
