• Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Data organization
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers across multiple levels
• Drive architecture decisions for data platforms, pipelines, and governance at scale
• Partner with executive leadership on data strategy aligned to business goals
• Ensure data infrastructure reliability, security, and compliance

• Drive cross-functional alignment between Data, AI, and Product organizations
• Represent Data engineering in organizational planning and budgeting
