As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing activities. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for implementing processes that extract, transform, and load data across various systems, enabling seamless data migration and deployment. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and optimize system performance is an integral part of the daily routine, fostering a dynamic and solution-oriented work environment.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance data workflows and system efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data engineering objectives with organizational goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
• Experience with graph database modeling and query optimization.
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and ETL process design.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and data quality assurance methods.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems and ensuring data security and compliance.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
