Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Summary:

Lead design of scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks across batch and streaming systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define data engineering standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for the team
• Architect and optimize data lake/warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) for performance and cost
• Mentor junior data engineers and review designs/code for quality and scalability
• Partner with Data Science/AI teams to ensure data readiness for ML pipelines
• Drive adoption of data quality, lineage, and observability tooling
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional data infrastructure projects
• Evaluate and introduce new tools/technologies to improve data platform maturity
